The My Choice and Care Services Story
My Choice and Care Services began as a deeply personal mission and has grown into a thriving network supporting families across New South Wales and Queensland. Founder Billy Hayward started his journey as a casual support worker in Gregory Hills, working with individuals facing severe disabilities and mental health challenges. What began as a rewarding 20-hour-a-week role quickly evolved when a family approached him to provide full-time, one-on-one care for their child.

Word spread through trusted circles—family, friends, and local networks. Without formal advertising, Billy built a team of like-minded, compassionate people. Today, MCCS employs close to 90 staff in NSW and 20 in Queensland, with services spanning from Southern Sydney to Beenleigh and Brisbane. We’re proud to make a genuine difference every day, navigating the rollercoaster of good and challenging moments alongside our clients and their families.

Billy’s brother, sister-in-law Nicole (Accounts), Jared (High Care), General Manager Jason Arrow, and even Billy’s wife (the “big voice” behind the scenes) ensure every decision is rooted in passion and integrity.
